THE PLACE OF THE CHILD IN 21ST CENTURY SOCIETY Canterbury Christ Church University, Canterbury, England 5 – 7 MAY 2016
OMEP UK in partnership with Canterbury Christ Church University has great pleasure in welcoming you to participate in the OMEP 2016 European Regional Meeting and Conference to be held at Canterbury Christ Church University from 5th -7th May 2016.
We welcome Presidents and members of OMEP European National Committees to the European Assembly which will be held on the afternoon of Thursday 5th May. The European Conference will be held from 5th - 7th May.
The theme of this year’s conference is ‘The place of the child in 21st Century Society’. In a time of conflict and challenge internationally it is vital that we focus on the importance of quality pre-school education experiences for children and families. There will be an opportunity to visit pre-schools and you will be able to sign up for visits in advance. There will also be a range of cultural and social events. We welcome the submission of papers, posters or symposia. You may also like to suggest subjects for round table discussion sessions. Please see the call for papers webpage for more information. We are looking forward to seeing you in Canterbury UK next May.
